Jim Dowson gives speech in Belfast

Hard line loyalist Jim Dowson gives a speech in Belfast to a Protestant ordinance in the Shankhill area of west Belfast.

Quite a good speech, Jim rightly points out that 90% of loyalists under 30 years old don't even bother to vote.

This could be the reason the Alliance Party took a chunk out of the Belfast vote and sided with Sinn Fein to have the Union flag taken down.

It just shows the damage 'non voters' can do, whether in London, Glasgow, Cardiff or Belfast, non voters are a real danger to a fair democracy.
